New Constructive Divorce Website
The lawyers at Thyden Gross and Callahan have launched a new website called Constructive Divorce. The site has blogs, articles, laws, cases, rules, child support calculators, free forms, books and a divorce issues library. A free divorce newsletter will be added soon. Thyden Gross and Callahan is an “av” rated firm in Chevy Chase, Maryland, serving clients in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. situation: my 9 yr old son is living with his mother (my ex wife) and 20 yr old brother… brother has a cocaine addiction. he came to me about a year ago asking for help.. i offered to get him in a rehab, he refused… mother is aware of sons drug problem but seems to choose to over look the addiction and the problems it brings into the home. i have come to learn that my 9 yr old son knows way too much about drugs and how to take them, how they make you feel, etc… he has also learned alot of sexual content…
question: i am concerned about my 9 yr old son living in same house as 20 yr old son. it is possible to have courts order a drug test on my 20 yr old?
