The guide contains informative interviews with Stuart Webb, who came up with the idea, and Pauline Tessler, who wrote the book on Collaborative Divorce. Collaborative law is one of several ways to reach an agreement in a divorce. Each party hires a lawyer trained in Collaborative Law and they proceed through four way meetings to identify problems, explore options and negotiate solutions.
